SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process the order and shipping time varies from an additional 1 to 6 business days, depending on your choice of shipping service and your location.

Signature and ID check are required so packages will not be left at the door or mailbox.

SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIME

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Shipments are only picked up by Courier Monday to Friday between 2pm and 4pm.

Estimated shipping times are affected by a number of factors, including, but not limited to:

  • Your choice of delivery service (Standard Shipping, Xpresspost, etc.)
  • Your location
  • The day on which the order was made (some couriers do not operate on weekends)
  • Weather conditions
  • Acts of God (conditions that are out of our control)

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

If paying by Credit card, please note that a shipping address that is not associated with your credit card may delay your order due to additional verification requirements!

  • If ordering for yourself, we suggest you request shipping to only addresses registered with your credit card. Otherwise, please budget at least 1 extra day for verification.
  • If sending a gift, kindly call the phone number on the back of your credit card to ensure that your desired shipping address is part of your credit card profile. Typically, there is little wait time or they give you option to call you back if wait time is longer than a few minutes.

SHIPPING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

Shipment lost in transit or Damaged: Once an item leaves Maddog Juice warehouse facility and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes responsibility of the carrier. Delays or delivery errors by Courier company like Canada Post is completely out of our control. And for your protection, we provide automatic insurance of up to $100 when you request trackable shipping.

  • Before we can create an investigation ticket with Canada Post, you must confirm that your package is not with your concierge, a family member or in your mailbox.
  • We will also need in writing that you have not received the product and would like for us to create an investigation ticket.
  • After an investigation ticket is opened with Canada Post, a copy will be sent to you.
  • They will require confirmation from.
  • Unfortunately, we must wait till Canada Post confirms that the package has been lost before we can process a credit or re-send the products. Else, they will find your package during their trace in a nearby post office and items will be delivered to you at the earliest.

RETURN POLICY

All sales on e-liquid are FINAL without exception. Since e-liquids are consumables, there is an inherent risk in accepting returns or exchanges because of possible tampering. Despite tamper proof capping, the possibility exists that e-liquid may be tampered with and then resealed.

E-Liquids cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Taste is subjective so we recommend using customer reviews along with flavour descriptions to make your decisions.

Maddog Juice will replace an item is if it is damaged from shipping (damaged or crushed due to handling by delivery agent) in which case we will gladly replace your item quickly and efficiently!
